Chandra, a yoga teacher (OK, it used to be Pam but "Chandra" aligns with her chakras better) will deliver a class in real time, all the while battling her irritation at having ended up teaching provincial yoga in a church hall wearing Primark leggings. And there's so much to juggle (especially the mortgage and her mother in law) now her ex has left to 'find himself' on beach in Rio! Will Chandra get through the class, sign up a few more people for her and her friend Unity's Portable Gong-Bath Experience (matcha and vegan picky bits included!) and make sure everyone has the same leg in the air when necessary?
